Anyone who needs to handle disciplinary and grievance issues or have a knowledge of the implications for both the organisation and individuals.


To enable participants to deal with issues fairly, lawfully and efficiently.

  • Understand the key legal and practical responsibilities
  • Identify warning signs and deal immediately with potential problems
  • Decide when formal disciplinary action is necessary and how to conduct an effective investigation
  • Conduct a fair disciplinary interview
