The workshop focuses on enabling participants to improve their personal organisation and time management skills, develop confident face to face communication and telephone techniques, apply a structured approach to written work and present a professional image to clients. The course is very participative with group discussion and trainer input. Practical exercises and real life examples are used to provide a realistic and pragmatic approach.
